    Essay:

It is a widely debated issue whether individuals should have unrestricted access to fresh water or if governments should implement limits on water usage due to its finite nature. While some argue that the Earth's abundant water sources are enough for unlimited consumption, others advocate for regulations to ensure equitable distribution of this essential resource. In my opinion, it is crucial for governments to intervene and establish water management policies.

Those in favor of unrestricted water usage often cite the Earth's vast water reserves and mechanisms such as rain and glaciers as constantly replenishing sources. They argue that technologies for water purification are advanced enough to sustain the current demand for water. Furthermore, they believe that individual responsibility and conservation efforts can effectively address any concerns about water scarcity.

On the other hand, proponents of water regulations highlight the disparities in water availability across regions and the potential for conflicts over limited water resources. Countries with water shortages, such as those in Africa, face serious challenges that could escalate into violent confrontations. Therefore, they argue that government intervention is necessary to ensure fair distribution of water and prevent future conflicts.

In conclusion, while it is true that the Earth's water sources may seem abundant, the unequal distribution of water resources among countries necessitates the implementation of regulations by governments and international organizations to manage water usage effectively. By establishing clear policies and promoting sustainable water practices, we can ensure the equitable access to water for all individuals and prevent future water crises.

There are debates about whether governments should make regulations about water usage where citizens can utillize the water infinitely. I think that while there are both merits and demerits, water should be managed by restrictions.

Some insist that there is significant amount of water which individuals can use in the earth. In turn, They do not need to control the individual's water usage. In addition, they argue that water can be made by rain or glacier. Even though people spend a lot of water, technologies that translate rain and glacier into water can produce the countless amount of water. Moreover, nowadays, the item of purifying dirty water is well known around the world which can make pure water.

On the other hand, others ask for some regulations to governments and global organisations. They point out the unbalanced distribution of water, saying the need of sharing. For example, in particular, Africa shows low water containing figure, which results in a problem of water scarcitiy. If these problems of shortage stay long, these can lead to wars. To prevent these situations, especially in developed countries, policies of regulation of water usage have to be prepared. Beside, the saved water should be shared to assist countries where there is little water.

In conclusion, even though the substantial amount of water in the earth might be enough to fulfill the amount of used water by indivisuals, producing infinite figure of water by changing rain and glaicier into water, governments and international organisation should make agreements about legal regulations of water., since there is unbalanced distribution of water between countries.
