Shopping online has become the norm these days,
however, it doesn't often go as smoothly as we hope it will.
Today, I'd like to talk about the time I ordered something from Amazon.
Well, as a gamer, I have both Xbox and Playstation gaming consoles and I'm quite into collecting different controllers. A couple of years ago, just prior to the pandemic,
I bought this Xbox controller from someone in the UK as he specified in his listing
that the controller was a limited edition and only a few of them were released worldwide.
Unfortunately, took it took a little over two months of waiting until I received the item. To make matter worse,
the one the seller sent to me was just a typical Xbox controller that
I could actually buy here in the country at a lower price.
I was extremely disappointed
as I've already told my fellow gamers about it.
I was dismayed and I couldn't believe something like that could happen.
But guess what? Even though I was deeply frustrated about it, I decided not to return the item to the seller. For one,
I didn't want to spend extra time and effort sending it back.
I also didn't bother to make a complaint or write negative feedback
as I was horrified with the thought that at this age, I still got fooled.
I couldn't believe how gullible I was at that moment. Since then, I've never completely trusted any seller online. I do my research and check the ratings of the shop before I make
an attempt to purchase anything.
