For me,
good customer service is the one
that doesn't let me wait for a long time and doesn't let me keep calling the hotline for concerns.
What I'm trying to say is that, for instance, when I contact or get a hold of a customer representative on the phone, at least he or she can provide a one-call resolution. Just like everybody else,
I find it quite frustrating to be dialing
hotlines, going through the IVR, and waiting in queue for hours only to end up calling again. It's a total waste of time and energy.
