Customers can either keep mum or make a complaint.
I mean, if the problem isn't much of a big deal, I guess it's best for them not to do anything anymore to save their time and energy.
However, if it's a major issue, then I guess, they can consider complaining to the shop owner and if they aren't heard, they can write a negative review and give the shop a low rating so that other online shoppers won't be duped.
