This may sound cliche but I will still recommend Gyeongbok Palace to any foreign guests.
I am saying this because it is a place where they can witness first-hand the traditions, culture and majesty of Korea. Gyeongbok
Palace is located right at the heart of Seoul, very easily accessed by city bus or through Seoul subway line 3. Using any of these modes of transport, it would be impossible to miss the palace. All 40 hectares of the palace grounds itself with its numerous buildings, gardens, and 2 museums would take you about a day to explore but I suggest you come in early through the Southern entrance to avoid the tourist crowds who come late in the morning or afternoon. A great experience
