I do not because we had more breathtaking objects in the past than we have now.
The known masterpieces were created during the dark ages, and the architectural marvels
we have now pale in comparison to the remarkable achievements of our ancestors.
The fact that a majority of their structures are still here and stood
the test of time means that not only are they more aesthetically pleasing, but they were marvels of engineering.
We are still baffled by their beauty,
so I would say they enjoyed more beauty in the world back then. We are just now discovering more artwork
that was present in the ancient world that was buried underground or covered by water.
They're just as stunning as they were when they were first made.
