There are quite obvious differences between the structures in urban and rural areas.
First of all, those in big cities are usually way taller
probably due to the lack of space which is why we are likely to see towering buildings and skyscrapers in those areas.
Another apparent distinction is that buildings in cities are generally equipped with modern facilities. However, in terms of safety from natural disasters such as fires and earthquakes, I believe the ones in the countryside are a lot safer because most of the buildings there are known not so high that residents can easily escape in the event of such a phenomenon.
