Yes, to some extent.
Having a computer and wireless internet can definitely help us as we have the answers right at the tip of our fingers. Compared to the past, people needed to go back and forth to the library and search for the right book in order to find the relevant information.
However, these days, with only a few strokes of our keyboard, we can find the answers
we are looking for. On the flip side, because of that, people begin to procrastinate over what should be done. People know that they can do it in a split second,
so they tend to open sites that are not related to their work.
As a consequence,
they were still wasting their time.
