I think it's quite typical for people to be very ambitious in their work. As human beings,
we have this hunger for power and wealth which is why most of us tend to exert a lot of effort in each and every endeavor we take, especially at work. Of course, people in general
don't want to waste their time and live their lives as everybody else does.
They want to be somebody that their friends and loved ones can look up to.
So they try to climb the career ladder hoping to be the best versions of themselves
so that others can be proud of them and their accomplishments.
