These two generations,
as far as I have observed, employee different strategies to stay in good shape and live healthily. For most children,
they're still in the stage of exploring
all sorts of food, which includes junk food, but they make sure to routinely work out and burn the caloric intake
they have. On the flipside, older individuals do not have enough energy to do physical exercises,
so they are religiously watching out for their diet. They ensure a well-balanced meal and of course an everyday vitamin supplement.
