There are several ways for people to change their daily routine if they really wish or intend to do so. But I guess the most practical one is to just get started and do it for the next 21 days.
I heard that when a person tries to do something consistently for the first 21 days,
they are much more likely to maintain the new habit or routine.
Some people keep thinking of strategies on how to do so and just end up with paralysis by analysis.
That's why for me, it's best to just get right into it without any doubt or hesitation.
