Well, I believe that there are a couple of disadvantages when people keep making changes either in their routine or plans.
One of which is that they could end up not being able to accomplish anything.
Another is that they can get confused and eventually forget what their goal is, and why they keep making such changes.
In other words, it would lead people just spinning their wheels and getting nowhere.
