Even if the day passes quickly, I find myself distracted and inattentive to practically everything, especially work related duties.
There was always something else vying for my attention
whenever I sat down to do something. I needed to act, so I went online to look for a solution.
There were several suggestions, but the one that worked best was termed "break and study". For work,
I used their advice.
I had to check everything that distracted me first,
and I found that my cellphone was the main thing that took my attention away.
So I switched it off, locked it in a cabinet, and handed the key to my mother, who is the only one who had access to it. Next, instead of completing all of my tasks in one go,
I broke them into phrases
