When it comes to the benefits of being busy, I guess
it makes people active and productive.
We tend to earn more money or improve ourselves
if we are doing a lot of things, especially if they are useful in our lives. but it also has its downsides.
Because being busy can bring stress and exhaustion which can lead to burn out if it continues for a long time.
Plus, it takes away our time with our friends or families which can eventually affect our relationship with them.
