I believe children can learn from both because playing games allows them to experiment through trial and error and find solutions to problems.
It can also be build new confidence and skills.
On the other hand,
if kids are under pressure, they get to improve their ability to manage stress and get an idea of the pressures
they will face later in life.
I think, once in a while, being pressured is good for children because it is helpful in their personality development.
However, there should be limitations because too much pressure can be traumatic to children.
