Yes, there are many differences.
Five years ago,
I worked mid shift from 1 pm to 10 pm,
so my nights were quite hectic and I was too knackered
even to cook my own meals.
However, these days, I'm on the morning shift,
so I am very lucky to be able to balance my time.
Now, I can go out at night if I want to or cook my own meals and have some of my friends over.
