For me,
it means that we need variety to have a good life.
Yes, we have to work, but we also need time to exercise, sleep and enjoy life!
Some individuals seem to prefer working all the time, but they still need rest and recreation to keep their bodies working in optimal condition.
Otherwise, they might die from overexertion.
