Well, generally speaking, old people are not that strong anymore,
so they need our assistance when it comes to doing strenuous
activities.
For instance, when there is something heavy that they need to lift,
we can help them with that. When they need to take their medications,
we also need to assist them since their vision is not clear anymore and they might not be able to see the name of the medication.
