They will probably go for areas near their work place or at least a bus stop or subway.
On the other hand, senior citizens would require a quieter place to live, a country house somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle of city.
They are probably tired of all the noise and would want the peace and tranquility of living in a house in the countryside.
