The primary distinction between our cuisine to that of other countries is that most of our dishes are sweet and spicy.
Unlike the spicy dishes of other countries, the flavors of Korean food are very distinct
as you will almost certainly taste the same set of components like sugar, garlic,
onion, chili paste, bean paste and soy sauce in practically every meal.
Finally, while we enjoy the occasional fusion,
Korean food is very traditional with recipes handed down through many generations.
