I think they are very honest and direct people.
They are not afraid to speak their mind.
To me, being straightforward can be positive or negative depending on the person or situation. Some people are frank but use the right words to communicate what they want to say.
They don't water it down. Others are rude
and don't care about what the other person may feel.
However, in my opinion, being straightforward may sometimes do more harm than good,
so learning how to be diplomatic would be more advantageous.
