A number of things give people stress. Jobs, the economy, this pandemic and others. Even children feel pressure as they work their way through school. Competition among their peers is high and low scores are not acceptable for parents.

it's getting a good job after graduating from university, purchasing a car or a house,
having a family by the time they're thirty-five and having enough money to support their kids through college and retirement.
