For me, it would be after a group discussion. The difficulty of a decision depends on how effective it is,
not on how soon you can make it. Deciding by yourself seems easy at first because it gives us the feeling that whatever can be decided on soon probably means it's the easiest to make.
However, after making the decision, things that we have overlooked will soon become evident. Group discussions
do not guarantee that the decision will be a success, but it will show you things from other people's perspective that you haven't considered.
