There are many ways to make a comparison.
The most obvious ones are the number of employees, offices and income.
Big companies have more money so they can be present in more places in bigger numbers.
Additionally, larger corporations tend to be more bureaucratic and formal in the way they communicate within the organization,
while small enterprises or less bound by procedure. Finally, employees in small businesses tend to have closer interpersonal relationships with their colleagues because they see each other every day.
