The way I see it,
children can make a plan as early as three years old.
I mean, it only involves making simple plans like what costume to wear for Halloween or what kind of cake they want for their birthday.
At this age, they can already make simple decisions. Giving them the chance to choose what they want
will boost their self-esteem and trust in their parents.
