I think the possibility is slim but there might be some signs that we can take note of. I believe it's safe to say that most children are fond of drawing and singing at that age because it's something fun for them.
But if a child shows above-average talent, then the parents should pay attention to it and send him to the proper place to train his skills and who knows, it might really turn him into a musician or painter.
