In my view, the most significant difference between homes in the city and rural areas is first size and then the expenditure. As an example owning a large home in the city is virtually impossible due to the dense population.
So real estate tends to be considerably smaller.
And of course comes at a significantly higher cost for the more families who like to have other things off is a pool tennis court double door garage or just sizable land have no choice but to seek land outside the city limits lastly.
I also believe that people are generally friends in the countryside and prefer knowing who their neighbor as while in the city.
Everyone is only concerned with their own life and circle of friends, which also makes homes.
They're more desirable.
