In my opinion as a Canadian, I would have to say mostly people who achieved a high level in a particular sport, as an example ice hockey and skiing. Firstly, Canada is an act of an outdoor type of country and since it's located in the northern hemisphere of course it has a winter and summer season
so this provides ample opportunity to do different types of sports related to the time of year. Moreover, Canada has had a number of world class Superstars as far as music is concerned such as Bryan Adams, Celine Dion, Justin Bieber, and Alanis Morissette just to name a few. As a result,
Canada has put themselves onto the world stage as far musical talents go and thus most Canadians follow their particular Idols in this genre.
