Firstly being famous doesn't mean you're good at something or that this person was a good man or woman as an example.
There have been lots of individuals who became famous from a blunder by accident or even doing something terrible that people can never forget.
So under this premise I do not think so.
But of course most people who have become famous had a unique talent skill or they may elect to achieve something special that would be recognized by others of which laid the foundation for their footprint in people's minds.
