Yes, definitely as far as I noticed, there have been so many changes in my hometown, such as some tall buildings under construction and other shops shutting down or opening.
Also after a few months since the COVID-19 outbreak, roads have not been so busy as before.
No, I don't think there have been any changes in my locality. Perhaps it's because I live in the countryside and despite the pandemic going on, people are living the way they do as they're less affected than those who live in large cities.
