I love being welcomed by people whether it be at school, at work, or during social events.
It gives me a warm feeling and encourages me to connect more with the people in the room. Or I know this may sound strange, but I don't like the attention, especially if it's a big event.
I would rather enter the room, sit quietly in a corner, and observe.
I feel uncomfortable when there are too many eyes on me.
