One of the best memories I have with my family is when we stayed in the original Ice Hotel, which is located in the northern part of Sweden.
We toured the hotel for a couple of days although , although I only slept there for a night because it was quite pricey.
It was a novel experience for our family and I could see why this establishment is considered a premier destination hotel off.
Most of the rooms are designed by artists and everything is made of ice including all the furniture and beds.
They even have a bar and a wedding chapel.
I learned that many couples go there from around the globe to get married.
We visited the ice Hotel because my parents were celebrating their thirtieth wedding anniversary my parents decided to visit because they've never tried before and , and they saw a video about the Ice Hotel from Discovery Channel.
A state in the hotel was a major part of our week-long tour of Scandinavia.

I was apprehensive about sleeping inside a room made of ice, but I was pleasantly surprised the room was cold, but we stayed warm because of the thermal blankets and thick betting the hotel was full of beautiful ice sculptures.
Even the rooms with the most amazing part was that the hotel melts in the summer and has been built from scratch every year for the past three decades.
