I vowed to take control of my gaming addiction.
I was losing sleep to League of Legends.
So I pledge to stop playing during school days and focus on my studies home.
I decided to play only on holidays and to limit my playing time to three hours per day.
I made this promise to both my parents and also my girlfriend Gia own thoughts were very concerned about how I was acting and about my slipping grades at first.
It was an uphill battle.
I enjoy playing e Sports because I am very good at it.
And I thought once a miner competitions, I was tempted to go online every time I was bored at times.
I think I even suffered withdrawal symptoms.
However, as time passed I found it easier and more rewarding whenever I was able to play because I was more excited and playing on my free days felt like a reward I made this decision because of my loved ones dead.
