I am very thankful that I was able to witness the world Aquatics Championship a couple of years ago.
It was a competition in various swimming diving and water polo events, a was almost 200 participant countries this took place in 2019 a few months before the covid-19 pandemic forced the world into lockdown.
Korea was the host County that year and activities were centered in gwangju.
I was able to watch the events hosted by chosen University since it was near where I was living at the time.
I thought it was an exciting time for me and my friends we saw many foreign athletes and we were able to make friends with some of them.
There was a lot going on and the university grounds were raised with activity.

We only had a loan medalist from the national contingent.
