Just as I mentioned before art collectors take pride in displaying their acquired cost of Fortune paintings by doing so it will maintain their status quo since most of these people belong to the upper class or the elite in the society.
They always feel the need to remain at the top by parading luxurious possessions, like paintings and other art pieces.
However, for some business oriented individuals these costly artworks serve as an investment for them.
