First on my list would be enthusiastic or passionate if they are easily disheartened by small failures or lightly given to distractions.
The team's efforts will be diverted into something useful and they won't achieve anything.
Secondly a good leader must be both a boss and a merger which means they must be firm enough to make members follow the teams rules and also gentle enough wage bring them to cooperate last but not least resilience and determination must be present in this list because giving up on something hard should never be an option if one wants to succeed off.
So leaders must show their members this kind of personality trait.
