In my opinion, it's recommendable to limit phone usage.
Not only two children but also for adults my reason for that is it can bring harmful effects to our eyes off when it comes to kids.
It's more dangerous because they can't control themselves.
Sometimes it can affect their studies and their health as well since smart phones emit radiation, which has been linked to cancer.
