My best friend since high school has always been a great leader.

So even a hot-tempered associate can walk down and listen to her.
That's one of her qualities that I really admire.
She can bring in order in the midst of chaos.
She rarely yells and rarely rakes anyone over the coals.
So So, everybody feels less stressed and pressured I would say that though that, though.
We are at her beck and call when doing tasks.
It is not because we want to finish the project successfully but because we enjoy working with her life.
She is quite versatile and can be a leader in various subjects and activities, of course as a leader.

However, she is not an expert in everything yet despite that.

She always insists every member to brainstorm and contribute to the success of each project.
She listens to everybody's opinions and suggestions and delegates tasks appropriately which is why we are always ahead of the curve her prodigious project before we left High School wage.

It was such a success that it earned recognition and an award from the city government from then on it became a regular program in school.
