No, I don't believe we will see any changes in the near future.
There are more female head of States now than there were in the past Queen Elizabeth Margaret Thatcher and park geun-hye are among the few although the trend seems to change and we have more females in managerial positions nowadays who have proven themselves productive.
This may take more time before a woman can outpace men gradually women are being accepted in various Industries.
They are versatile and most importantly tend to cross all their T's and Dot all their eyes than men making them more efficient.
However it I men also tend to Value their pride and ego so they won't be happy to have them squashed by a woman.
